Over her lifetime Lee has accumulated several years of experience in food services, sales and marketing, and owning businesses. Lee and her husband purchased Pepper Moon Catering in 2017. Her passion for building strong meaningful relationships with the people around her has driven her to pursue excellence within every part of Pepper Moon Catering.
Meredith is Greensboro born and bred, which is one reason she’s so respected in the Triad. This is home, and she loves preparing delicious food for her community. She is an original owner of Pepper Moon, created in 1996. With a Hospitality Management degree from Appalachian State University, she handles Furniture Market clients as well as donation and philanthropy clients. She is also a co-owner of Spring Garden Bakery and Coffeehouse.

“Emily is a native of Northport, New York. You might be able to tell from the photo, but she’s got a flair for the unexpected and loves presenting new ideas to clients. Since early 2007, she’s been helping many of our corporate clients bring flair to their events. She especially loves helping Furniture Market clients, and our ITMA Showtime partners ways to highlight their colorful goods twice yearly.

Bethann was born in Korea and raised in Pittsburgh. With many years in the event industry she began her employment at Pepper Moon in 2008. Bethann is an expert working with brides and assisting them with their special details. Bethann’s extraordinary organizational skills also make her an excellent choice to hire and book Pepper Moon’s service team of servers and bartenders.

Camie was born and raised in the Charlotte, NC area. She came to Greensboro in 2010 to attend UNCG, where she earned a degree in Hospitality Management. During her senior year, Camie interned at Walt Disney World and was fortunate to experience leadership and hospitality training from their world-renowned program. Camie joined the Pepper Moon team in 2014. In addition to helping manage our social media, she also handles a variety of events including birthday parties, graduations, and corporate events.
Camie’s Advice: “We handle events of all sizes, from small home parties to large corporate events. Don’t ever think your event is too small! Share with us your vision, and our team will help make it possible.”

Jaime has successfully held a variety of positions in the wedding and event industry since 2006. She joined the Pepper Moon Catering team in 2015 to oversee sales and operations at Revolution Mill Events Center. Jaime grew up in West Virginia, and after graduating from Elon University with a degree in Business Administration she decided to make North Carolina her home. Jaime brings her knowledge of event planning and passion for excellent customer service to each of the events she manages. Her attention to detail and calm demeanor help clients to feel at ease and know their event is in good hands.
Jaime’s Advice: “With the stunning back drop of Revolution Mill setting the scene, let us help you tell your story through your event. We can recommend room layouts, food and beverage to create a memorable experience for your guests. The upper deck in the Courtyard is a great spot to snap an Instagram worthy photo!”

A native of Franklin, North Carolina, Leslie has been a part of the Pepper Moon team since 1998, bringing many years hospitality industry experience with her. She has helped define the Pepper Moon approach that our clients love and the procedures that ensure a successful event every time. Leslie co-coordinates Furniture Market and takes care of our most established clients while managing human resources for Pepper Moon.
Leslie’s Advice: “When you are in the planning phase of your event, pick a theme and follow it through all the details of your event. The florist, your menu, the linen colors, choosing china or plastic, etc. all work together to make the overall feel of your event cohesive.”

Being a native of Greensboro and in sales for over 23 years, Scotti has joined the Pepper Moon team in sales and marketing. She is very familiar with the Pepper Moon values and the importance of relationships in this area. Her sales background ranges from various industries: textiles, construction, development in Higher Ed to owning her own clothing boutique. “People are kind of my thing, making a personal connection with staff and customers brings a level of trust that is so important for success in any area of the market”.

Shaine was born in the Philippines, raised in Chicago, and has been a North Carolina transplant since 2012. Shaine has held a variety of positions in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. Since joining in 2018, she has enjoyed being a part of the Pepper Moon team and helping the office run efficiently and is an expert at helping make sure we stay on track and on time so your event is everything you hoped it would be.
Shaine’s Advice:“Start early. Catering is like Christmas shopping. The sooner you start, the less stressed you’ll be.”

The supervisors, servers and bartenders come from all over our community. Whether they are students, retirees, or employed by Pepper Moon full or part time, all are dedicated to taking care of your needs and the needs of your guests, executing a seamless event and making you look good!
Marty Cranford has been our Driving Supervisor for more than 10 years and is a valuable asset to Pepper Moon. Delivery orders will be dropped off and set up promptly and professionally by Marty and his crew. When your event is over, they will return to pick up equipment with the same efficiency and care.
Raised near Asheville, in the North Carolina mountains, Phil has been with Pepper Moon since 2014. Phil is responsible for ensuring that every event has all the items necessary to create a wonderful dining experience for you and your guests; from the dishes your food is served in, to the color of the linens and napkins, to the set-up of the beverage station Phil makes sure it is all there.
Phil’s Advice: “Be sure to discuss with your Pepper Moon Sales Manager all the available options for linen colors, Chef Action Stations, and displays to make your event one your guest will remember.”
