Each course will be served to your guests by Pepper Moon’s culinary staff. We require your guest count for each dinner entrée option 2 weeks prior to your wedding reception along with a diagram and place cards showing which entrée each guest has selected as well as where they will be seated. Ask your Wedding Specialist the easiest way for you to provide this information.
You can offer your guests up to 3 different options, so if you have any special dietary restrictions such as Vegetarian-Friendly meals, that will need to be 1 of the 3 choices you offer your guests. See your Sales Manager regarding special children's meals for guests up to age 12.
